firstly! i do not know where you heard the news from, probably from a website, fanpage, or a friend.
BUT!

Shonen jump did not announce the end of KHR. neither did animenewsnetwork. it was, as stated by the tweet, a personal opinion that somehow spread like wild fire. O-O
those who read naruto might probably know the naruto manga will end soon because ANN has annouced it, but KHR's end was not.
I will confirm whether if the manga is really going to end when i get my issue of Shonen Jump weekly tomorrow or on saturday.
Secondly. do be reminded that such rumours can be easily spread and believed, just like the Justin Bieber having cancer thing. It was made believable because people had spammed chatrooms and made false information that made JB having cancer seemed legit. and what happened? Fans believed it and shaved their heads. So much for #BaldforBieber.
Back on topic,
Don't let yourself get affected by what might have been a personal opinion or rumour that have been spread. There are little or NO sources to proof.
Please remember than no matter how legit or convincing the source you have gotten the information of something, always check back to the MOST RELIABLE sources, which is the shounen jump issue itself for this case.
However, if the manga is really ending, allow me to give you some advice. ^^
Advice for all KHR fans
I know some have been long KHR fans like myself, some have just started and are likely to be less affected. But please know that being sad over the manga ending and going all "I DONT WANT IT TO END" "WHY MUST YOU END" "DONT END I LOVE HIBARI" "DAMN YOU AMANO-SENSEI WHY YOU TAKE MY FAVOURITE ALL TIME MANGA AWAY" will not do anything.
Yes, you have all the rights to be sad, cry, get mad over the matter. But if you are really a fan of Amano-sensei, you should continue to support her instead of not moving on from KHR. I mean, i am sure you have moved on from other anime or manga that have already ended right?
Even i myself was devastated that KHR is ending within the rumoured 2 weeks time, but i realised that no matter how much i cry over it, it wont stop the manga from ending wouldnt it?
Amano-sensei might have her reasons to end it. Maybe she is tired, maybe she ran out of ideas, maybe she has to focus on her new manga. It might have even not been an easy decision for Amano-sensei to end the manga considering the amount of KHR fans around the world.
Continue to support Amano-sensei in her other manga rather than telling her to continue with KHR. We have to respect other's decisions.
I never liked telling people what to do because everyone has rights of their own, but this is a piece of advice for me (: I can totally understand that the situation now is hard to accept. We can only wait and see if the manga is really going to end.
